Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used products

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
